As an adventure travel blogger and avid mountain enthusiast from Australia, my recent stay at Sainte-Rose in Lourdes left me with mixed feelings in terms of luxury and value. While the hotel's service and cleanliness were impeccable, I found the room's comfort lacking, especially in the beds.The staff, notably Christine, were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location near the sanctuary was convenient, and the hotel's accessibility to the St. Joseph entrance was a standout feature. However, the room's amenities were fairly standard, and the lack of laundry facilities may deter longer-term guests.In terms of pricing, Sainte-Rose offers a reasonable value for the services provided, but for those seeking a more luxurious experience, it may fall short. The hotel's charm and friendly staff make it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Lourdes.
